These are open to anyone who is wanting to gather and work at a coffee shop, but the main focus is for individuals who are planning to submit their screenplays to The WIFM KC & Kansas City FilmFest International Local Short Screenplay Contest.
Event Description
The WIFM KC & Kansas City FilmFest International Short Screenplay Contest was started to support female identifying and gender nonconforming screenwriters, as well as to encourage all writers to create strong female protagonists. In 2024, the decision was made to keep the focus on local screenwriters to greater support our local community. Contest winners will be eligible to receive prizes that support these goals!
